Pass Me That Mound of Chocolate

Today is (believe it or not) National Chocolate Day. I admit, as a chocoholic, I don’t need a reason to eat chocolate. But I have one.

A study in England showed that employees who were given chocolate or shown videos of stand-up comics were actually 12% more productive.  So, my excuse for scarfing up chocolate (while watching a comic or not)–and you can use it, too–is that you have a whole bunch of stuff to get done.

Hmm іt looks like your site ate mу first сomment (it
was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it uр what I
submіtted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your
ƅlog. I too am an ɑspiring blog writеr but I’m still
new tߋ the whole thing. Do you have any tips for first-time blog wrіters?
    I’d definitely appreciate it.

I’m a first-timer, too, but have been doing it for a couple of years. I have an overall theme, which is ways to make our world more kind, just, and loving, one small act at a time. But I’m not serious all the time. I add humorous posts, including cartoons and word-origins that have interesting, sometimes silly, origins. I think variety is important. But I think there are too many blogs that say, “Look at me and my family!” so I generally avoid posting things about either me or my family (once in a great while). And keep your blogs short, because people are lazy readers.Good luck! By the way, don’t expect a lot of comments coming back to you.
