Those “How’s My Driving?” signs are there for a reason. Contact trucking and cab companies whose vehicles disgorge black smoke. That noxious smoke usually means their vehicles are not burning fuel completely, thereby costing them money and making our air harder to breathe. Call the phone number on that sign. Give them the date, time, location, and name on the vehicle and describe the choking, dirty mess it was spewing.
